The house, which is situated in the leafy, greenbelt region of east Ottawa, is well appointed with four bedrooms, separate dining room, family room, lounge, and kitchen with built-in dishwasher, central air, garage, large, above ground pool (fenced), up-market windows, new roof, new furnace, and new washer and drier. There is ready access to the university and government offices by express bus or 15 minutes by car. The location is ideal for parkland walks, tennis, cross country skiing, soccer, bird-watching. It is also a very peaceful neighbourhood. Rent will be in region of 1800 Canadian dollars per month, which includes the following: pool opening and closing, lawn treatments, snow removal, and yearly window-cleaning. You, the renter, will be responsible for paying the rent monthly in to an arranged account, and for the electric, phone, heating oil, water and sewer costs, and cable, if you want it.
